In the business field, he has given group and personal training in 256 companies, institutions, public and private organizations, sports teams in Latin America, the United States, Canada and Europe.


Speaker on motivational issues and professional improvement for organizations in the US such as the Red Cross and the YMCA.

Professor at the University of Costa Rica and Technological Institute of Costa Rica. Director and founder of various entrepreneurship companies Opción de Superación, Triton Coaching and founding Director and trainer at Triton Body & Mind.

As a coach, sports methodologist and mental trainer, he has advised teams, coaches and athletes from 19 different sports residing in 31 countries.

Writer of self-help, personal and professional improvement programs that have reached 22 countries.

Languages: Spanish, English, Russian, French, Polish. He has resided in: Costa Rica, Russia, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Canada and USA.

Studies: University of Costa Rica and University of Leningrad, USSR (current University of Saint Petersburg, Russia)

He has been national team, national and Central American champion in different sports. Ironman distance triathlete, 32 marathon runner, open water swimmer and swimming pool.

He has achieved more than 1,000 first places in his sports career.

He has been a swimming, triathlon, athletics, cycling, water polo coach, attended Olympic Games and World Championships, his athletes have integrated national teams from different countries in these 5 disciplines: Swimming, Cycling, Athletics, Triathlon and Water Polo.

    Thinking that training the physical aspect strengthens the mental is one of the biggest mistakes that athletes make.


    Triton Mind offers you individual or group meetings on topics that influence your sports performance such as: increasing self-esteem (the most important trigger in an athlete), strengthening self-belief and self-image, managing stress and ghosts of fear (fear of oneself, of not performing, on the contrary, of the public, of the environment), setting goals, setting objectives, and how to gradually become an integral and holistic athlete.
