¿Training Peaks?
Follow-up is very important to us, but also, in our philosophy we do not seek to make you train more, but rather to make you train better, more efficient, more intelligent.
Below you will see a series of videos where we explain what TSS, IF, ATL, TSB and CTL are and why they are important
Coaching Mental deportivo
- The result of every athlete depends on both physical training and mental training.
- Thinking that training the physical aspect strengthens the mental is one of the biggest mistakes that athletes make.
- Triton Mind offers you individual or group meetings on topics that influence your sports performance such as: increasing self-esteem (the most important trigger in an athlete), strengthening self-belief and self-image, managing stress and ghosts of fear (fear of oneself, of not performing, on the contrary, of the public, of the environment), setting goals, setting objectives, and how to gradually become an integral and holistic athlete.
Equipment Consulting
- We offer talks on both sports training and mental training.
- Sports training: how to train efficiently, how to rest and recover, how to manage and dose the efforts in training and competition, how to tone muscles, work on mobility and flexibility.
- Mental training: how to raise self-esteem in the team, how to improve interpersonal relationships, teamwork, support, union, how to believe more in oneself and better support others
Advice for coaches
- Offer individual training in technical and human issues.
- The coach who thinks that by knowing a lot he will have better athletes, or more clientele makes a mistake.
- Great coaches are the balanced mix of technical knowledge and human balance, that's why empathy and knowledge go hand in hand.
- Triton offers advice on sports planning, training methodology, dosage of workloads, construction of aerobic resistance plans and plans to increase strength and mobility.
- As well as the human part of enhancing self-image, creating and increasing charisma, knowing how to unite and create a team, being empathetic and persuasive, impacting others knowing how to encourage them, building goals and managing vocal and body language.
